my back back recovered after a month, yes a month

yesterday, was it

off the sofa and twinged my back all over again

I SCREAMED AND CURSED

I can CURSE, don't think I don't know how to

and had a night of agony, I could not even go upstairs to bed

HORROR story

But in the morning Shanghai Grannie went back to Shanghai

while I was in my agony on the sofa in my study

so DEEP HEAT

a pain killer, that stinks

but works, eventually

so image, me smelling of pain killer that makes your eyes water

and that is me

I need a shave too, but not as bad as before

I prefer clean shaven,
