today is the 77 th anniversary of my parents marriage

30 years ago

we had a birth, a death , Resurrection read Padre Pio and Me

and I visited every single day for 3 years

cos i loved my dad

so this is the Kerry Gold standard

CHOSE HOPE over PAIN and IGNORANCE 

in my case this is very hard as my pain is off the chart

and tinnitus too

windows of normality

BUT I'm happier than some miserable people I see

on phone ignoring their kids

TALK TO THEM< LOVE THEM

or am I just the loony at the garden gate

cos I''m to shafted to walk too much in the heat

and my ankles have swollen up , like an elephant

at least I'm happy

Its a choice 

despite people trying to STEAL from you

so that's it for today

LOOK after the old/weak/feeble

bring them cold water

look in on them

before the stink is them

cos you left them alone to die in the heat

I can struggle by myself

In my head I'm 20 and despite everything

maybe a young Italian or Crazy Rich Asian will take me away

and I'll not have to hear about death on the road 

as I live in a danger zone
