I've had a nice morning despite the TINNITUS flaring just now

I recorded Good Deeds a 37 min piece

which is my 6th Postcard from Birmingham

WHen I came downstairs grabbed a few clothes

so i'm wearing a faded  floral pink women's PJ trouser bottom

I must have bought it as a joke years ago

a black all black style rugby shirt

and a big fluffy Barry White blue dressing gown

to keep me warm

and brown extra wide shoes with white soles

and I haven't shaved so my white beard

makes me look like a bad santa

with a marine haircut

so I've done my one take recording 

interrupted by a gp receptionist

who said I did not turn up

I CANCELLED ON THEIR AUTOMATIC MACHINE

and yes I  corrected her on that point

doctors cannoyt do anything for me

Tinnitus, left shoulder arthritis, hurting hernia through my quadruple heart bypass scar

Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Failure, Sciatica too, and a sense of humour some think

is a disability

I can either cry or carry on regardless

so I carry on and 3,200,000 words is what I've done

and hopefully before the Undertaker gets me

I can sell my IP and move to B17

before the HILL where I live kills me off

I finished my recording and emailed it
